CAPITOLA FL – Patty Wilson has a grandchild she loves who goes to Chaires Crossing Elementary School. This is a country setting east of town, and people often opt out of the speed limits law. She noticed there was a community safety concern that was alarmingly happening in the school zone. Patty decided to do something about it. Yes, she notified the sheriff, but she wanted quicker results. She went out on the side of the road and held a camera up taking photos and videos of the people speeding. She wasn’t trying to cause a fuss with the neighbors; her concern was for the wellbeing of the children.
